Healing is easier – and more fun – when we do it together! Our lives can feel cluttered and busy taking up far too much precious space in our bodies and minds. We become drained and forget to create opportunities for ourselves to replenish and renew our spirit.

Bring your beautiful self to commune in nature with 12 other sweet souls like you – together we will find balance, support, and joy again!

This summer’s retreat weekend will focus on finding balance and self-love in a community environment. Our nervous systems will buzz with calming vibrations as we lean into the support of one another to self-soothe and co-regulate. Sharing and caring go hand in hand, so we’ll create a safe container to build an intimate and loving space.

Join Tiffany and Dana for this weekend of love, laughter, and incredible food!

Through Somatic Exercises, Hatha Yoga, Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and nature all around, we’ll create lasting magic. You’ll have lots of time to relax around the salt-water pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, 4 acres of property and gardens, hammocks, bonfires, star gazing, and gorgeous little towns and trails.

You’ll have so much space to find exactly what you need to find ease and home in your skin.
