We’ll begin our afternoon by relieving your tired eyes with easy neural flossing, followed by releasing stretches for your hard-working hands to let go of all that 2025 screen time.
Then we’ll calm your system with breath and sound, toning your vagus nerve to create an invigorating buzz. Welcome vital energy into your body with uplifting creative yoga and qi gong-inspired movement to shake off anything you’d like to leave behind.
To wind down we’ll focus on getting into tight hips with a little Yin yoga, and ease neck and jaw tension with deeply relaxing clinical somatics. Finish with an indulgent guided meditation to let go of last year and prepare for a brilliant new beginning!
No yoga experience is needed, move as little or as much as you’re ready for.
All props are included, but feel free to bring a pillow or anything else to get cozy with.
