AFTERNOON HATHA
Mondays 12:30pm – 1:30pm
This Hatha practice is designed to balance the sun and moon energies of the body, and to calm the body, mind, and spirit.
We’ll combine breath (pranayama), posture (asana), somatics, and meditation, with a focus towards alignment.
Build stability, mobility, and gentle heat with longer held poses.
This is an all levels practice with a focus on community connection.

LO-FI FLOW: YANG & YIN DEEP RELAX reduced heat
Tuesdays 7:45pm – 8:45pm
Yang Yin flow is a fun and creative way to explore both the yin and yang sides of yoga in a well-rounded and thoughtful practice. Each class is an innovative fusion of dynamic full-body flows, body-opening Yin postures, and centering pranayama, to liberate your body, mind, and spirit.
This is a reduced heat class where the temperature is set to 28 degrees Celsius.
This is an all levels class.

Get ready to reset and recharge your mind, body, and soul for the upcoming weekend.
