Free Zoom movement class with Lee and Dana!
This 50-minute livestream session will include a one 20-minute practice with Lee which will focus on how yoga can help build strength as you age, followed by a second 20-minute practice with Dana in which you will be introduced to somatic exercises to soothe stress and connect with your inner peace.
We’ll follow the two practices with a 10-minute Q&A session in which we’ll give a brief overview of why we are in love with the Northern Edge Algonquin and why hosting retreats there is so special. We will answer any questions you may have about retreats in general and we will walk you through our vision for this offering. If you’ve joined us on a retreat before, you’ll learn how this one will be different and how we’re shaping our schedule around the season, the location, and the community.
This will be a beautiful opportunity to regroup and unwind in one of Ontario’s premier national parks. We’ve got all your needs covered –– delicious food, empowering movement, and some fun surprises.
Can’t make it the livestream info evening but you’re retreat-curious? Reach out and we’ll make sure you have access to all the information needed to make this decision comfortable and accessible.
Join Lee and I for this sample of our signature styles and stay to glimpse our exciting 3rd offering together!

AUTUMN SONG: Strength & Release Yoga Retreat
Take a beat…
Move Boldly. Rest Deeply.
Connect to your body and enliven your spirit by harnessing the energy of the shifting season – a change in earth, nature, air, and light.
Let’s gather together to move intuitively, play openly, and turn inwards.
Lean into strength while surrendering to softness.
Join Lee Scott and Dana Rogers in the soulful beauty of Algonquin Provincial Park for four days of yoga, somatics, guided walks, nourishing food, and meaningful connection.
— a deep release before the start of winter.
