Join certified yoga teacher and clinical somatics educator and therapist Dana Rogers, at Tranquility Trails Farm to explore a fun and unique combination of yoga, clinical somatics, breathwork, guided meditation, and intuitive movement.
We’ll begin by pampering our overused and underappreciated eyes, hands, and neck, through neural flossing and vagus nerve love. Then we’ll move through familiar yoga poses – with a twist – to get our creativity flowing. Using invigorating exercises like Breath of Joy, tapping, bouncing, and trauma release shaking, we’ll cast off any feelings of stuck-ness or lethargy in a fun and approachable way.
Finish with a deeply restoring clinical somatics exploration of the shoulders to release any baggage stored there, followed by a deliciously indulgent guided meditation and savasana under the summer sky.
Soak up the soothing lavender and elder vibes – step into your summer buzzing with feelings of vitality and balance.
No experience needed. Bring a yoga mat, a small blanket or anything that helps you to sit or lay down comfortably.
Make a day of it! Bring a pal, your walking shoes, and a picnic, or grab a yummy snack at the café. Shop lavender and elder products or pick your own.
