The Experience
Your morning practice combines clinical somatics to soothe tired eyes, neck, and shoulders, intuitive movement to generate freedom in your body, gentle Yin yoga to access ease in your hips, and breathwork to release stress and cultivate deep rest.
After lunch, we’ll gather for a restorative practice featuring prop-supported postures, healing touch, and Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation often described as ‘yogic sleep’ to calm the body and busy mind.
Throughout the day, nature becomes part of your experience. Wander the trails, breathe in fresh air, enjoy quiet reflection, or connect with like-minded people.
Join Jules for a fun photo moment surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant vistas.
Bring your own lunch or purchase goodies at the Farm Store Cafe (teas ice cream, and snacks), as well as lavender and elder products made on site. Or journey 2 minutes north to Hy Hope Farm for fresh breads, pies, pastries, produce, meats, preserves, and so much more… Including live music!
All levels are welcome! No yoga or meditation experience needed. Bring a pal or come solo.
This event is capped at 14 people to keep things intimate and personal.
