With Jules Lawrence and Dana Rogers
at MiBody Collective Studio
Sunday May 24th 1:30pm – 4pm
Join Dana and Jules to transition from spring to the earliest hints of summer with a powerful afternoon of somatics, invigorating movement, Thai massage, and healing touch.
We’ll begin by caring for the parts of you that work hardest—soothing tired eyes, releasing neck and jaw tension, and softening overused hands.
From there, we’ll build warmth and vitality with practices such as tapping, bouncing, and gentle shaking to awaken circulation. These accessible, uplifting movements are designed to energize the body while honoring your personal pace.
Then we’ll slow things down and find regulation through vagus nerve toning and clinical somatics to prepare you for an even deeper journey towards healing.
Finish with a generous 90 minutes of time being guided towards restorative rest, where your body is fully supported and invited to let go. Through slow, intentional Thai massage and subtle energy work, unwind layers of tension and settle your nervous system.
This healing touch experience is designed to bring you back into balance, leaving you grounded, centered, and restored.
Clarify your intentions and leave feeling ready to move into a new season with resilience and ease.
No experience needed. All are welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring layers to stay cozy.
*space is limited to 14 participants to ensure ample hands-on time*
