We’ll begin by caring for the parts of you that work hardest—soothing tired eyes with neural flossing, releasing neck and jaw tension, and softening overused hands and feet.
From there, we’ll build warmth and vitality with practices such as Breath of Joy, tapping, bouncing, and gentle shaking to awaken circulation and release stress. These accessible, uplifting movements are designed to energize the body while honoring your personal pace.
To close, we’ll downshift into deep regulation with vagus nerve toning, breath and sound, Yin-inspired hip openers and clinical somatics, guided meditation, and an extended sweet savasana.
No yoga or somatics experience needed. All are welcome!
