AFTERNOON SLOW FLOW
MONDAYS 1:15pm – 2pm
This slow-moving yoga flow class will incorporate traditional vinyasa poses, while taking things at a relaxed pace.
Incorporate rest, mindful movement and attention to detail. Welcome a mini-break of movement and rest to your mid-day.
Beginner friendly.
Bring your mat, a water bottle, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Props such as blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are available for use.
MOVE & MEDITATE
TUESDAYS 7:45pm – 8:45pm
End your day with gentle hatha yoga, relaxing stretches, and intuitive movement to melt away the day’s stress.
Then settle in for some cozy restorative yoga, finishing with guided meditation and extended savasana.
Ready your body and mind for a deep night’s sleep.
Suitable for all levels.

SOMATICS & YOGA for CHRONIC STRESS RELEASE
THURSDAYS 12pm – 1pm
This mid-day class introduces Clinical Somatic Exercise (CSE), a gentle deep-release practice that helps retrain muscle patterns linked to chronic pain and stress.
Each class begins with targeted clinical exercises for a specific area of discomfort, followed by fluid, intuitive movement blending yoga, qigong, and breath.Reawaken body awareness, release tension, and move with greater ease and freedom.
