Learn how to retrain your body and rewire your brain, releasing long held tension so you can move with freedom. This two hour workshop will give you a basic understanding of somatics and why we experience chronic pain and stress in the body.
We’ll begin with a series of accessible floor based exercises to teach your body how to let go of stubborn bracing. Then we will move our bodies in a more fun and stimulating way, followed by a trauma release exercise, and closing with a deeply restoring guided meditation.
