Do you feel pain, tightness, or discomfort in your hips and low back? Do you long to move with more freedom and ease? Join Dana and learn about the practice of Clinical Somatic Exercise (CSE) and how it rewires your brain and improves your ability to relax frozen and achy muscles.
This two hour workshop will give you a basic understanding of somatics and why we experience chronic pain.
Learn a series of accessible floor based exercises to teach your body how to let go of stubborn bracing. Then we will move our bodies in a more fun and stimulating way, closing with a deeply restoring guided meditation.
Leave feeling more connected to your body, lighter, and able to let go of all that is holding you back.
Dana is a registered Clinical Somatic Educator and Therapist. She has over 1000 hours of training and works to heal clients both in group settings and 1:1.
