Then, we smoothly transition into some soothing restorative yoga style stretches and relaxation techniques to help you wave goodbye to tension and stress. It’s all about finding that perfect balance between lifting your energy through gentle movement and letting it all go, leaving you feeling ALIVE and ready to conquer the rest of your week!
