DEEP STRETCH AERIAL YOGA
Tuesdays 6:15 – 7:15PM
This all-levels class focuses on longer held stretches and simple inversions in order to let the body settle into spinal decompression. Much like Yin Yoga, these poses are meant to relax the muscles and bring focus to the connective tissue building resilience and a greater range of motion.
If you are new to Aerial Yoga this is the class for you! Our more mindful process will give you time to explore the silks and how they connect to your unique body. Move and breathe more mindfully, build confidence and explore the yummy assists your hammock will provide. Come hang with us!
HATHA YOGA
Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:30PM
In this class, we will work through some of the foundational postures of your yoga practice. Working together to find ease in movement, while strengthening the muscles and reinforcing our mind-body connection. This is an all-level practice, with modifications presented to maintain an accessible practice.
SOMATIC YOGA REFRESH
Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:45am
Start your day with Somatic Yoga and Clinical Somatic Exercises to enhance the brain-to-body connection. Roll, stretch, and dive deep into a more efficient way of being. Then explore some fluid and organic movements to get the heart pumping and bring energy into your day. Finish with a selection of Restorative and Yin poses or mediation modalities such as Yoga Nidra, breath awareness, and Somatic Dreaming to come back to your center and find quiet in the mind. Leave refreshed and connected to your most aligned self.
MOVE & MEDITATE
Fridays 12 – 1pm
Move your body in preparation for meditation with this uniquely styled class. You can expect a dynamic movement practice inspired by modalities including yoga, intuitive movement, and somatics. Types of mediation include breath awareness, visualization, and yoga Nidra. Leave feeling refreshed and more in tune with yourself.
